Job Descriptions
1.Plan, control and supervise the operation of the whole project. to be effective and in accordance with professional standards This ensures that the assigned project can be accomplished with quality according to the project budget and schedule in advance
2.Supervise personnel in responsible units to be ready to work. for the most efficient delegation
3.Supervise the preparation of monthly action plans. and weekly plans as well as suggestions for project success according to the success plan set by the organization
4.Supervise and verify the documents related to the project implementation to ensure that the project documents are accurate and complete
5.Manage conflicts that may arise between projects to highlight the success of the project within the specified timeframe
6.Manage various costs to run the project for maximum efficiency and to fit the camera according to the specified budget
7.Provide consultation and advice on project management to subordinates. for project efficiency according to project timeline and budget
8.Prepare progress reports of various projects. Compare with the planned plan to ensure project management is in accordance with the plan
9.Attend interdisciplinary meetings, projects, customers, and vendors upon request
10.Support and promote the adoption of modern management skills in the workplace to lead the organization to the standard of operational excellence and sustainable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Have experience, knowledge, expertise in construction management Type of insulation work - hot-cold and install scaffolding
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to travel to work by myself
- Strong English communication is a must in writing, specking and interpreting into local language
- License to work as an engineer
