No experience is required. Key Responsibilities: 1.Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, visits, and networking events to introduce our transportation services and understand their needs. 2.Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with current clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their changing needs. Follow up after sales to ensure client satisfaction. 3.Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare competitive service quotations and present transportation or company’s services effectively. 4.Collaboration: Collaborate with operations Team and others for smooth service delivery and quick customer issue resolution. 5.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets, reporting to sales management as required. 6.Handle any other responsibilities as per the assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
Familiarity with transportation services and industry trends is a plus.
