Job Descriptions
รายละเอียดงาน:
1. coordinate with Chinese customers and related department for achieve customers' requirements. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าชาวจีนและแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อบรรลุความต้องการของลูกค้า
2. solve immediate problems, answer the customers' questions. แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตอบคำถามลูกค้า
3. complete invoices. ทำใบ invoices
4. enter data into the company system. เปิดระบบงานและคีย์ข้อมูลเข้าระบบของบริษัท
5. checking sailing schedule to provide basic information to customers. ตรวจสอบตารางเดินเรือเพื่อหาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นให้แก่ลูกค้า
ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30-17.30 น. (พักเที่ยง 11.30-13.00)
Qualifications
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้
- เคยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านโลจิสติกส์มาก่อน
- มีความรับผิดชอบ อดทน และสามารถทำงานเวลายืดหยุ่นได้
- ทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ
