Job Descriptions
1.Plan the production to meet the specified goals.
2.Manpower planning to meet production volume.
3.Improve the production process for efficiency and quality.
4.Plan and maintain tools and machines in working condition at all times.
5.Control the operations of subordinates according to safety principles.
6.Controlling and using raw materials for efficiency and quality.
7.Report production results to the department manager.
8.Working 5 days / week
9.Other as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experienced in PCB for 8 Years up (PCB Maker) only.
- Male : Age 35-45 Year Old.
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Leadership, teamwork, good communication skills.
- Experienced and pass the ERP , SAP System.
- Experienced and pass the IATF:16949
- Have a positive attitude Have leadership qualities.
