Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบการบริหารงานภายในสาขาและให้คำแนะนำพนักงาน
2. สร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการขายและช่วยให้สาขาทำยอดขายได้ตามเป้าหมาย
3. จัดเก็บข้อมูลตลาดพร้อมทำรายงานให้กับบริษัท
4. รายงานคำร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและปัญหาให้กับทางบริษัททราบ
Qualifications
- อายุ 26-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม หรือประสบการณ์ด้านงานผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน
- หากมีประสบการณ์จากร้านขายเสื้อผ้าแบรนด์ต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ 6 เดือนขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการทีม แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในบางกรณี
- ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารทั่วไปได้
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
