Job Descriptions
1. Ensure special training programs are well performed with specific procedures and / or at least standard requirements.
2. Deliver classroom training to all levels of employees and prepare classrooms, visual aids, and the facilitation of the classroom.
3. New training / Retraining specification and operation method to QC and PD oper.
4. Monthly monitor skill of operator after certified (GR&R, tack time, escape NG,…).
5. Make sure all training records are kept and maintained in the Training system.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- Age 20-40 year old
- Knowledge training system
- Knowledge MSA system
- Understand and can use Microsoft office Word , Excel, Powerpoint
- Can create WI , Q-point , Inspection standard
- Have the leadership and knowledge quality
