- Build and lead teams
- Answer guests' questions online
- Prepare check-in manual and place it in the room. Arrange daily cleaning staff, supervise cleaning and sanitation, contact guests when checking in and out, conduct inspections and manage maintenance
- Check occupancy rate and adjust room rates daily
- Coordinate with interior design department to confirm room layout
- Provide guest consultation services, assist in handling emergencies, and handle customer complaints
- Compile monthly statements and provide them to the owners on time and complete the rent and return it to the owners
- Confirm that the owner’s customer service responds to the owner’s questions on time
- Confirm the property and upload it to major platforms for promotion, Integrate PMS system
- Assist in coordinating travel services to the travel agency department (airport transfers, chartered cars, one-day tours)
- Use the daily rent platform to obtain customer information into the database
- Operate FB, WeChat Moments, and Line posting
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
- Organize company database, data key-in and other computer document processing
*Have experience in B&B hotels, tourism, and property management will be given priority.
