Job Descriptions
•Set up new production line in Thailand factory including layout design, set up equipment/tester/fixture, review and translate WI, train workers etc. •Implement product evaluation and summarize report for product trial. •Preparation BOM and issue part list for all product. •Preparation production flow chart, Traceability flow, Evaluation antistatic rank and document specification relate of product. •Define the product characteristic and machine condition in each process. •Trouble shooting and Analyze the problem relates with product that effect to quality and function. •Leader for the new model and product transfer trial and meeting for follow up until to start mass production.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree of Engineer, Electrical, Electronic or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in an automotive parts manufacturing environment. will be given special consideration
  3. Have an experience for product transfer and new model preparation.
  4. Have an experience for set up new model and product transfer from Local or oversea.
  5. Hands on experience to solve the problems of machine, tester, Jig & Fixtures.
  6. Good Knowledge an electrical diagram, pneumatic systems for Assembly Line.
  7. Good Knowledge of statistical process control and basic of statistic.
  8. Proficiency in computer skills including MS office, Auto-CAD and other engineering software etc.
  9. Have the positive thinking and flexibility.
  10. Self-starter and self-motivator
  11. Able to use English as work language.
  12. Able to work well as a team.
  13. Can withstand pressure well
