Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely delivery, and collaboration across departments such as finance, operations, marketing and maintenance.
2.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, conduct impact analysis (qualitative and quantitative), and recommend action plans that support
corporate objectives.
3.Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, reporting on key metrics, milestones, and ensuring alignment with external consultants or advisors as needed.
4.Perform in-depth data analysis to evaluate business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and present actionable insights to the executive team for decision-making.
5.Prepare high-level presentations and reports for executives, board meetings, or external stakeholders, clearly outlining strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and future opportunities.
6.Serve as a central point of contact for coordinating between departments, facilitating workshops and meetings to align strategies and keep stakeholders informed.
7.Develop high-level quantitative models and projections to support decision-making on strategic proposals and initiatives
8.Proven expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and project management, with the ability to develop actionable insights and drive decision-making.
9.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple high- priority and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
11.Leadership qualities, including the ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
