Sales Support Officer (Billing) (Thai/Chinese)

Job Descriptions
•Look after available units list for sales in every project
•Check quota of Thai/Foreigner % in every project
•Help & make documents and agreements for sales department including 1st hand unit or 2nd hand unit
•Take care of customer transfer money to company issue a receipt and coordinate with sales department to update customers
•Follow up on any installment payment due date
•Follow up on any transfer unit
•Issue a receipt of every kind that related to sales
•Making sales contract, agency agreement contract and any other kind of contract that needed.
•Update price list of units daily
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 1-3 years of working experience
- Excellent level of English speaking, writing, reading
- Can be communicate in Chinese
- Can be work 6 days per week
