ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน วันหยุดอาจจะไม่ตรง เสาร์อาทิตย์ วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ สามารถ สะสมได้ เวลา ทำงานจะมี 2 กะ 08.00-17.00 เเละ 20.00 - 08.00น. ทั้งนี้ หัวหน้าจะมีการจัดตารางเวร ซึ่งไม่รบกวนเวลาพักผ่อน *** สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ *** มีโอทีอนุมัติให้ค่ะ 1. บริการให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ , E-mail , Line Official Siam smile , Facebook บริษัท สยามสไมล์ (โบรกเกอร์) ประเทศไทย จำกัด และ Website Siam Smile จากลูกค้า คู่ค้า องค์กรภายนอก และพนักงานในบริษัท ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 2. หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สวัสดิการบริษัท - ประกันสังคม - อาหารกลางวัน - ปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี - โบนัสประจำปี - งานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ประจำปี - สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ - ประกันอุบัติเหตุส่วนบุคคล - ส่วนลดประกันสุขภาพ - ค่ารักษาพยาบาลครอบครัว - ค่าศึกษาเล่าเรียนบุตร - ฌาปณกิจสงเคราะห์ - ชุดยูนิฟอร์มพนักงาน - ฟิตเนส เเละ สระว่ายน้ำ - ท่องเที่ยวต่างประเทศ - สวัสดิการอื่นๆอีกมากมาย
Qualifications
  1. ประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Call Center ไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
  2. มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานให้บริการลูกค้า
  3. วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี
  4. สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ และสลับวันหยุดได้
