Job Overview: The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. The role involves translating business needs into functional specifications and supporting the development of innovative solutions that align with business objectives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: •Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. •Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and ensure alignment with development teams. •Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects. •Create use cases, process flow diagrams, and wireframes to define solutions. •Support the testing and quality assurance process to ensure solutions meet business needs. •Communicate project progress and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Identify gaps between current systems and business requirements and propose solutions. •Assist in developing training materials and documentation for new systems or processes.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
•3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT, software, or telematics industry.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
•Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience in telematics, IoT, or fleet management systems.
•Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
•Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
