Job Descriptions
- Responsible for procurement, distribution sources or sellers with quality and reasonable cost. And have an efficient after-sales service. - Preparing PR/PO documents, ordering, contacting, following up with suppliers both domestically and internationally and responsible for delivering the goods to ensure that they receive products that meet their needs - Control the purchasing process to comply with the policy and standards set up efficiently and transparently - Responsible for the purchase of the warehouse to ensure that the product Or disbursement materials meet the needs of the requesting agency and manage - Timely review invoice information with suppliers and finance department to ensure there are no errors.
Qualifications
  1. 25-35 years old
  2. no gender limit
  3. Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher
  4. 3 years working experience in procuremen
  5. patience and responsibility
  6. Good attitude, good personality, fluency and good communication
  7. Able to travel to work by yourself
  8. Able to communicate in Chinese well (HSK 4 up ) Or English
  9. computer knowledge (Proficient in WORD, EXCELL, POWERPOINT and other office programs)
  10. Able to work immediately will be an advantage
