Job Descriptions

1. Supervision and Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor production team members, ensuring they are trained and competent in their roles. Assign tasks and monitor the progress of the production team to ensure timely completion of production schedules. 2. Production Management: Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure production processes are optimized for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. 3. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to detect and address defects or inconsistencies. Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain high-quality production standards. 4. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the production team adheres to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. 5. Equipment and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and operation of production equipment. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime. 6. Inventory and Materials Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a steady supply of materials. Manage the use of materials to minimize waste and reduce production costs. 7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.

Qualifications

28 years old or above
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Good in computer
Able to communicate in English is a plus
