Working: Monday - Friday (7:15 - 16:30) Location: Ladkrabang, Bangkok Duties: - Set strategies to increase production capacity without compromising quality. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. - Improving production processes and management through engineering to meet customer’s requirements, quality standard requirements, and comply with the company policy. - Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Qualifications

Male, Age 38-45 years
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, or related field
10 – 15 years’ experience in Production Engineering, Project Management, and Industrial Engineering for Automotive/Motorcycle Parts Manufacturing Industry
Have held Managerial level (Chief, Supervisor, Assistant Manager) for at least 5 years
Knowledge in Mold Production, Lean and TPS Management System and other relevant
Conversational level in English (Equivalent to TOEIC 600+)
