Job Descriptions
• Overall, of Human Resources, including payroll processing, recruitment, personnel management and training
• Handle visa and work permit procedures for Japanese Management
• Establish policies and guidelines for human resources management within the organization, covering workforce planning, recruitment, development, training, labor relations, and administrative tasks, and present them to management.
• Manage, control and carry out activities related to human resources management in accordance with the set goals and plans.
Qualifications
- At least 5-10 years of experience in human resource work (Payroll program, taxes, SSF, visa and work permit, recruitment and training.)
- Experience in General Affairs work such as purchasing, administrative works and contact with suppliers
- Have good knowledge of labor laws
- Good command in English both spoken and written (TOEIC: 600, Business Level)
- Good computer skills with Excel.
