Job Descriptions

Responsibilities : 1. To deal with contractors and vendors who supply service and spare part till order fulfillment. 2. To handle IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirement in Internal audit, create/review & revise PU documentation. 3. Initiate Continuous Improvement Project (CI) in cost reduction, system improvement, reduce process time.... etc to serve the company target. 4. To guide subordinates to source and negotiate with vendor to get maximum profit. 5. To check letter of Credit condition to comply with supplier requirement. 6. To co-ordinate MRP meeting and plan vessel schedule to meet requirement. 7. To support all purchasing purposes to internal customers. 8. To manage Logistics function in Custom /Inbound-outbound shipment. 9. To control all data updated in system for publication in TLM Web. 10. To coordinate with oversea supplier in terms of quality issues and compensation. 11. To coordinate material sample test with engineering and material control till result. 12. To implement and maintain SAP system to support all concerned functions. 13. To generate monthly reports for related job assignments. 14. To handle job assignment from top management
