Job Descriptions
1. ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ รวบรวม และตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่ดินและทรัพย์สินของบริษัท 2. ประสานงานกับกรมที่ดิน และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. สำรวจ ดำเนินการ และวางแผนจัดสรรที่ดินและทรัพย์สิน 4. การนำเข้า ตรวจสอบ สร้างฐานข้อมูลแปลงที่ดิน 5. จัดสรรที่ดินของบริษัทให้เกิดรายได้เเละเกิดการใช้ประโยชน์สูงสุดทางภาษี
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาภูมิสารสนเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพัฒนาที่ดิน สิ่งปลูกสร้าง และทรัพย์สินของบริษัท อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้งานด้านเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาที่ดิน รังวัด สำรวจพื้นที่ และอื่น ๆ
  5. มีทักษะด้านการเจรจา และเข้าใจในระบบของหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทัศนคติดี และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้
