Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities -Coordinating with and contacting suppliers and contractors. -Understanding and Preparing a bill of BOQ (cost, budget and material used in construction). -Comparing prices and analyzing construction prices and estimating costs. -Being a procurement and construction costs consultant. -Handling all the costs associated with construction, interior and project work (Budget and cost control). -Negotiating and adjusting the price base for the workload to be in line with standard. -Handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Aged 30-45 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/Construction Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
At least 10 years of experience as QS Engineer involving cost estimates, or other experience that is related to this job.
Have Engineering license is advantage.
Acknowledge and understanding for Safety knowledge and practices.
Good command of English & good PC skills (Microsoft Office) & AutoCAD.
Good communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude towards resolving problem.
Resourceful and ability to work in a dynamic team.
