Job Descriptions

Working Day: Mon - Fri (8:30 - 17:00) Location: Pravet, Bangkok Duties: -To coordinate with oversea and local customer in order to gathering customer information and follow up quality issue such as customer complaint, technical problem, supplier quality production, etc. -Able to operate / handle product since pre launch timing, mass production, service after sale and warranty timing. -To control and monitor supplier production and process to achieve our requirement and customer requirement. -Implement, improve, monitor and maintain supplier quality system in whole process. -Systematically prepare and check quality control and quality assurance document such as ATIS-SDS, Process Flow Chart, Process Control Chart, Packaging Standard, etc and reported by following customer and supplier properly. -Supplier quality audit such as full system audit, pre-production (high volume production timing) audit, countermeasure audit -To responsibility the quality of purchase product from supplier. -Inspection of supplier parts as appearance, color, dimension, function and etc.
