Job Descriptions
1. Received and process forecast and purchase order with related team.
2. Communicate with customers by emails and follow up their requiements.
3. Coordinate with internal and external parties for delivery schedule.
4. Process issuance of delivery instruction to ralated team.
5. Monitor production outputs and inventory data,process material orders.
6. Prepare sales reports for management.
7. Ohther ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, Age 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Good command of writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading English
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Sales Coordinator and Purchasing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer oriented, responsible and well organized.
