1. ให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าหลังการขายและแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท/Provide post-sale customer support and resolve customer issues related to the company's products. 2. จัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า แก้ไขปัญหาและบันทึก รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างทันท่วงที/Manage customer complaints, address issues, record, collect, and analyze problems, and provide timely recommendations to relevant departments. 3. แนะนำให้ลูกค้าติดตั้งหรือใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างถูกต้อง และจัดดำเนินการฝึกอบรมทางเทคนิคสำหรับลูกค้า/Recommend correct installation or usage of products to customers and conduct technical training for them. 4. รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า/Maintain good relationships with customers.

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. - ปวส. หรือสูงกว่า /Education qualification: Vocational Certificate (Vocational Certificate) - Higher or equivalent
มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีในสายงานการบำรุงรักษาผลิตภัณฑ์,และการแก้ไขปัญหาของผลิตภัณฑ์/Have 2 years of experience in product maintenance, and product troubleshooting.
มีความอดทน และสามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดเพื่อดูงานได้ /Have patience and be able to travel to other provinces to see work.
ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ความเป็นมืออาชีพที่ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้/good communication skills Good professionalism and able to work as a team.
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับวงจร คอมพิวเตอร์ และ PLC และมีความคุ้นเคยกับ Omron PLC และโปรแกรมควบคุม หุ่นยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ/Have basic knowledge about computer circuits and PLCs and be familiar with Omron PLCs and control programs. Robots will be given special consideration.
