Job Description
• Supervise and administer payroll processes, including salary, overtime, and allowances.
• Lead and control the recruitment process.
• Manage employee welfare, labor affairs, and insurance-related matters.
• Organize company events, recreational activities, and parties.
• Handle visa, work permits, and foreign employee services.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for GM meetings.
• Provide data and support to the General Manager.
• Maintain and compile monthly and annual HR reports.
• Draft and propose training plans for GM approval.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources or any other related filed.
- Good command in English.
- At least 5 years of experiences in manager level in HR preferable of HRD.
- Familiar with PC Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation is a must).
