Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
1.Search, manage phone calls and e-mails with existing and new potential customers for expanding business.
2.Monitor e-mail and daily job requirements from local customers and oversea agents
3.Coordinate with sales team, customers and oversea agents to meet customers’ requirements and needs.
4.Prepare quotations to local customers and oversea agents
5.Coordinate with internal/external departments, solve problems to ensure smooth operations.
6.Maintain and develop business relationships with new/existing customers
7.Follow up and update status for shipment arrangement
8.Cope with cargoes movement and give advice to operation teams for smooth cargo handling
9.Support sales’ activities
10.Prepare activity reports as assigned
11.Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Required skills and qualifications:
1.Conversational level in English both spoken & written
2.Flexible working hours and high responsibility.
3.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
4.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International 5.Trade, Business English, or related fields.
7.Experience in sea-air freight import or export in freight forwarding business is a plus.
8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
9.Service Mind, Proactive, Positive thinking, Negotiation skills
10.New graduate candidates are welcome
