Job Descriptions
ต้องมีประสบการณ์การขายด้านมือถือเท่านั้น
1. กำกับและควบคุมสรรหาพนักงานใหม่ตำแหน่ง PC&RS ซึ่งภายใต้การดูแลของAgency (PRTR&Adecco)
2. ออกนโยบายกฎระเบียบที่ใช้ควบคุม PC&RS และสรุปประเมินผล
3. ออกนโยบายกระตุ้นยอดขายให้กับพนักงาน และประเมิน Performance รวมถึงคำนวณกำไรขั้นต้นของโครงการได้
4. ติดตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในส่วนของพนักงานขาย (Tracking & Work Assignment)
5. ประสานงานกับ Agency และติดตามผลตาม KPI ที่ได้ตกลงกัน
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, without restrictions on majors, but marketing majors are preferred
- Proficient in English Writing & Reading
- 2-3 years of retail work experience
- Be familiar with the relevant methodology in the marketing field of the system (four marketing factors, four store rates, six rules for sales promoters, etc.)
- Be familiar with the development of the mobile phone industry and the dynamics of competing products, and be familiar with the operation and business operation process of mobile phone enterprises
- Be familiar with/master the professional knowledge and methodology in related fields of human resource management
- Be familiar with consumer behavior, psychology and other related professional knowledge and methodology
