Job Descriptions

1.Specify inspection points from drawing or customer requirement. 2.Issue Inspection STD and register to ISO,then submit to QC for issue Check Sheet before start Mass Production. 3.Support part co-checking with customermeasurement inspection 4.Receive part trial from Process Injection Check Appearance and Dimension. - If result is " OK " inform to Production that " Can send part to the next process "'. - If result is " NG " inform to Production that " Have to re-trial again ". 5.Issue data after check OK Part for submit to customer and issue some related data such as ,Inspection data ect. 6.Send sample trial to customer for assembly QE keep sample trial 5 shot. 7. Waiting customer approval period around 2 weeks. 8. Make Standard sample and distribute to QC of secondary process>>> [this standard sample is the approved part from customer / If receive part from customer can use trial part 5 shot that keeping at QE] 1. Register in master list. 2. Identify label at part. 3. Mark " SAMPLE " at part. 9. Prepare Limit sample and distribute to QC of secondary process. 1. Register in master list. 2.Identify label at part. 3.Mark " SAMPLE " at part. 10. Training to QC of each process. 11. Prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for Submit the result to customer. 12.To perform work in conformance with ISO 14001,ISO 9001 for Environmental systems and quality systems IAFT 16949 ,RoHs and 6 Sactivities 13.Training staff ISO 14001,ISO 9001 for Environmental systems and quality systems IAFT 16949 ,RoHs and 6 S Activities
