Job Descriptions

Continuously monitor network performance to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network from threats.

Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Work closely with other IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.

Respond to network incidents and provide timely resolutions.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance network performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or a similar role.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools, network protocols, and security practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
