Job Description: Project Manager – ARSoft (Advanced Research Group Co., Ltd.)

•Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by establishing and delivering technical expertise that meets customer needs and market demand
•Cultivate an extensive understanding of the technical functionality of our products and services as well as potential opportunities for expansion
•Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization
Career Path (can vary): System Analyst/ Business Analyst -> Project Manager -> Senior Project Manager -> C-Level What you will be doing:
Job Description:
•Planning and organizing the project tasks.
•Driving the process for each phase of the project; planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
•Developing and Improving project management methodology.
•Provide consulting to project team member for process, methodology, problem solving in order to achieve project goal/objectives.
•Prepare feasibility study and business case in project initiation stage and project scheduling preparation.
•Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
•Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Design and Development industry.
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management, or related roles such as System Analyst or Developer experience is required.
- Strong communication and presentation.
- Capable of leading and directing a team.
