Job Descriptions

- Organize, implement and maintain production process flow. - Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process. - Develops processes for manufacturing products using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Statistics-based methods and principles for process excellence. - Coordinate with supplier or internal department to make an innovation project for process improvement, performance improvement and quality issue solving. - Monitors and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability and cost savings. - Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree of Engineering industrial or Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineer,Electrical Engineer,
At least 2 years’ experience in hands-on process supervision.
Knowledge in manufacturing management principles and concepts, as well as quality systems.
Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical applications.
Good communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation
Skills in KAIZEN , LEAN ,SIX SIGMA,MS Office (World , Excel , PowerPoint)
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 140000 , GMP/HACCP
