Job Descriptions
• Handle sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth to meet or exceed corporate goals. • Develop a business growth strategy and execution plan. • Participate in day-to-day account management, including the contract process, pricing and product updates, sales presentations, and other tools as developed. • Develop a business growth strategy and execution plan. • Identifies client needs through active listening and meaningful conversations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations in order to avoid adverse changes that can produce financial losses. • Record details of opportunities and lead notes in Salesforce CRM. • Ensure order entry in the system is performed accurately and timely. • Follow the lead qualification process ensuring lead and activity status is always current. • Provide and update reports to Management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or Associate degree preferred.
  2. Fluent in English communication skills.
  3. Must be able to work effectively under pressure with diverse cultures.
  4. Ability to drive results by developing internal team relationships and external client relationships.
  5. Effectively work in a team environment, while successfully integrating individual work efforts to meet team objectives.
  6. Requires exceptional organizational, time management, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to not only handle the client side, but some administrative control points.
  8. Demonstrated knowledge and skill of proper proposal, quotation and specification writing.
  9. Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night work if necessary.
  10. Have sales experience with overseas client is preferable.
