Job Descriptions• Monitor reservations made by customers and ensure all reservations and operations are effective.
• Answer inquiries via E-mail, phone call, and chat applications in a prompt and professional manner
• Recheck all reservations, job records and prepare travel itineraries if needed.
• Make reservations with hotels, transportation, tour guide.
•Handle customer complaints, provide proper solutions and alternatives within timeline committed with customers, and resolve problems with best solutions for all stakeholders
•Provide quotations for customized tour programs (Inbound)
•Collaborate with marketing, and product team to ensure all products information such as pricing, promotion, and images are up to date and available-to-sell
Qualifications - Proficient in English and Thai (both verbal and written)
- Work experience in tour operation (inbound) at least 1 years is necessary
- Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for customer satisfaction but remain benefits for all stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team.
- Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly
- A can-do attitude and negotiation skill is preferred.
- Able to work rotating shifts
