Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities: - Study the software functionalities to be able to address customer issues accurately and promptly. - Collaborate with international support teams to solve issues or provide appropriate solutions to customers. - Provide guidance on software usage to enable customers to use the software efficiently. - Prepare/revise instructional documents and supplementary materials. - Participate in assessments to acquire the designated certificate. - Present a solution to customers that highlights the key features and benefits of the software. - Execute additional Customer Support tasks as delegated by the supervisor. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently - Self-initiated, work independently and proactively learn the new technologies and product knowledge - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users and support teams. - Good command of reading and writing English - Basic computer operation skills - Own a Desktop or Notebook Remark: Applicants will be tested for basic skills on interview

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Self-initiated, work independently and proactively learn the new technologies and product knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users and support teams
Good command of reading and writing English
