Job Descriptions

•Implement and monitor QA statistical control to ensure all processes are in compliance with customer requirement and the Company standard. •Maintain and support internal and external audit. •Conduct internal audit at facility GMP and sharing to all concerned department for make improvement before customer audit. •Follow up the corrective action of comment from monthly GMP. •Verify QA technicians to ensure that they are working according to the work instruction. •Take action in QA issues on the basis of day to day QA process to ensure that the procedure is implemented effectively. •Lead and co-ordinate with relevant departments to prepare information about the product data for corrective and preventive action. •Prepare report on QA issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Food Sciences, Food Technology or related field.
1 year of experience in QA function in food industries.
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC.
