Job Descriptions
1.Oversee and manages all HR and Admin work operations through Human Assets staff.
2.Employee Relations: Foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and employee engagement.
3.Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in Thailand.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Gender: None , Age: 25 years old and above.
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR or Admin management
- A good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, e-mail, etc.)
- Good command communication in English or Chinese
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Thailand.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Can speak Chinese
