Job Descriptions
-To attend to guest complaints relating to reservations. -To pre-check VIP reservation, special amenities or special request instructions. -To keep Management updated on Room Forecast on weekly and monthly basis. -To evaluate the subordinates performance and report their progress to superior. -To report regularly on happenings to superior. -To be able to plan and administer section's duty roster. -To handle guests complaints and requests effectively. -To monitor the allocation of rooms. -To be aware of constant changes in room tariff, contracted and package rates, promotions and etc. -To strictly follow the policy of selective selling and to weigh the value of each request before acceptance. -To prepare room sales statistics, room summary report and other report implemented from time to time. -To be knowledgeable of all areas in the Front Office and to perform all duties as assigned. -To take care of any special requests and to do everything possible to satisfy the needs of our property's guests. -To work efficiently and agreeably with guests and co-workers. -To be discreet when giving guest's names and room number over the counter or through telephone conversation. -To know the Credit Policy and how to apply the city code for each reservation. -To conduct weekly meetings with reservation staff for better communications, to obtain feedback to achieve improvement of work standards and to increase efficiency. -To attend the departmental meeting and training program when requested. -To perform any other related duties as may be directed by the supervisor. -Other tasks assign by line manager
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Able to work on shift
  3. Good communication in English and international skills
  4. Problem solving skills
  5. Minimum 2 years working experience of GSA will be advantage
  6. Service mind
  7. Able to start immediately will be advantage
  8. We have job opportunity for location in Bangkok and Pattaya
