Job Description
●Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
●Manage all event set-up, run down, and follow-up processes.
●Ability to multitask and attention to details.
●Research and book appropriate venues, video or photographers, catering, decorators, musicians etc.
●Liaising and regularly communicating with internal / cross / collaborative hosts to proactively recommend event activity, reviewing their detailed event requirements and maintaining communication.
●Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations.
●Create a storyboard before the event, define the budget and analyze the event's results.
●Planning end-to-end event activity, preparing and managing event budgets and end-to-end finance processing
●Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
●Seek potential customers to organize events.
●Promote events on social media, search engines, and offline marketing.
●Organize events and activities for existing and prospective members.
●Listen to customer needs both internal and external.
●Create successful social media campaigns to grow a brand’s audience and brand recognition.
●Actively supporting other members of the team.
