Job Descriptions
1. Be responsible for following the customer's technology development roadmap, planning, following up, certifying, and comprehensively managing test boards/new projects. Organize various departments such as ME, PE, QA, PD, and PPC of the company to participate in the research and development of test boards/new projects to ensure the smooth passage of test boards/new projects and complete the corresponding summary and standardization. 2. Be responsible for analyzing the customer's process capabilities, undertaking projects with process capabilities beyond the norm, and organizing departments such as PE, QA, and PD to convert the points with excessive capabilities into mass production capabilities. 3. Be responsible for undertaking the requirements of domestic customers, researching customer materials, introducing corresponding materials, conducting board material inspections, and establishing a material mass production model and a material database. 4. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree, no restriction on major.
  2. More than 5 years of experience in high multi-layer PCBs, familiar with the technical requirements and quality standards of communication/server/switch customers.
  3. Familiar with the design requirements of communication/server/switch test boards for European and American customers and familiar with material properties.
  4. Have a strong sense of purpose and can complete customer project requirements on time and with quality.
  5. At least have good reading and writing skills. Those with listening and speaking skills are preferred.
  6. The work location is Thailand and be able to be assigned overseas as required by the company.
