Job Descriptions
- Mechanical Design-Design spare parts and configure setups for machines. - Develop and modify equipment to enhance manufacturing processes. - Implement cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety, reliability, and throughput. Create and apply technology to monitor or control production processes. - Lead and manage project launches, ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting all deliverable dates and product quality targets. - Provide the necessary equipment to achieve project objectives, focusing on optimal performance and cost ratios, while adhering to industry standards.
Qualifications
  1. B.Eng. or M.Eng. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing/automation, with a track record in problem-solving, fault finding, and debugging.
  3. Experience in project management will be advantageous.
  4. Strong background in mechanical equipment development.
  5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  6. Proficient in computer programming and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  7. Knowledge of engineering science and technology, with the ability to apply principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to design and produce various goods and services.
  8. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and adhere to timelines.
  9. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  10. Strong personal interaction skills.
  11. Experience in semi-automation or automation will be highly preferred.
