Job Descriptions

- Analyze manpower and turnover, and develop policies and controls regarding employment. - Direct employment activities and design human resources programs to ensure the recruitment and retention of qualified employees. - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals. - Oversee company the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. - Develop and implement effective onboarding and retention strategies. - Identify training and development needs and develop effective programs. - Oversee the delivery of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or another related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR department ( Recruitment, Training)
Having experience in HRIS (@Core)
Having experience in work permit preparation
Be able to maintain confidentiality
Team player with the ability to delegate, direct and supervise
Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Hands on with ''Can do'' attitude and problem-solving skills
Be adaptable and Flexible
Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication and coordination skills
Having knowledge of Thailand labor law for both individual and collective agreement
