Job Descriptions
Perform BOI tasks regarding all necessary oricesses as required by BOI rule and regulation -Responsible for the entire BOI process Monitor the progress of BOI inspections and maintain relationships between BOI, customs and other government officials. -Prepare document and submit for formula -BOI privilege & Customs clearing (Import & Export)/ Foreign Trade condition and duty refund JOB Import-Export: -Organize oversea shipment by adhering to the given shipping instructions and be able to arrange shipment efficiently in a timely manner through different modes of transportation. -Plan negotiate and coodrdinate with all business parthers such as carrier, tfeight forwarder shipping & customs team,transport subcontractors and warehouse team to ensure smooth import and export operation. -Conduct quality inspections of shipment, maintain records of all invoices and transaction.
Qualifications
  1. Fresh graduate or working experience under 3 years are acceptable
  2. English communication( Can use English as working language)
  3. Prefer major in Business Admin, logistic, HR manangement, or other majors HR deems suitable.
  4. Good communication skills, able to exchange issues and solutions in an efficient manner
  5. Problem solving skills, able to think and propose own idea when encounter problems
  6. Good stability assessment, background check with previous company

  8. Good verbal communication skill ( Thai), as they need to communicate with government
  9. Computer skills, preferred good execution of EXCEL
  10. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience On BOI related/ Fully Tax knowledge (If have experience in Automotive, Tyres plant or Greenfield is an advantage)
  11. Age not more than 40 years
