Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำบันทึกบัญชีแยกประเภท (โอน, เงินสด) 2. ส่งอีเมลรายงานการโอนทุกสัปดาห์ 3. สแกนเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ทั้งหมดและส่งไปที่ Shanghai Finance ทางอีเมล 4. สำหรับใบกำกับภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย จะต้องส่งอีเมลใบแจ้งหนี้ไปที่เซี่ยงไฮ้เพื่อขอภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5. ใบแจ้งหนี้และบันทึกบัญชีแยกประเภททั้งหมด ณ สิ้นเดือนจะต้องส่งอีเมลไปที่ Shanghai Finance เพื่อขออนุมัติ หลังจากอนุมัติแล้ว ใบแจ้งหนี้ทั้งหมดจะถูกส่งไปยังสำนักงาน 6. พิมพ์และลงนามภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายทั้งหมดและส่งให้ซัพพลายเออร์ทุกเดือน 7. ผู้ติดต่อหลัก: สำนักงานภาษี, สำนักงานกฎหมาย, WHA, สำนักงานการไฟฟ้า 8.การจัดซื้อเครื่องใช้สำนักงาน/วัสดุสิ้นเปลืองของบริษัท (การจัดซื้อแบบเข้มข้นจะทำเดือนละครั้ง การซื้อในกรณีฉุกเฉินจำเป็นต้องออกไปข้างนอกทันเวลา) 9.แปลภาษา:แปลหน้างาน+แปลตรวจสอบระบบ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  2. พูดภาษาจีนและไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (จะต้องมีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งการพูดและการพิมพ์)
  3. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงานที่ใช้กันทั่วไป (เช่น word, excel, powerpoint ฯลฯ )
  4. ทำงานอย่างตั้งใจและรอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบต่องานเป็นอย่างดี
  5. ผู้ที่มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นอันดับแรก
  6. ยินดีรับนักศีกษาจบใหม่
