Job Descriptions
• ติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อนำเสนอราคาและเงื่อนไขให้ลูกค้าต่างประเทศและติดตามการผลการสั่งซื้อ • ประสานงานให้คำแนะนำเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสินค้า และสร้างความพีงพอใจให้ลูกค้า • ประสานงานกับส่วนงาน New model เพื่อร่วมพัฒนาสินค้า ตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า • ควบคุมการจัดเตรียมเอกสารการเคลม / ประสานงานเรื่องการจัดส่งสินค้า/ ติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้า
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี-โท สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ, อังกฤษธุรกิจ,การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการขายสินค้าและดูแลลูกค้าต่างประเทศโดยตรง อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่มต่างประเทศทั้งประเภทลูกค้าเก่า และ ประเภทการเปิดลูกค้าใหม่
  4. มีทักษะทางด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์ในด้านการทำงานเกียวกับพัฒนาสินค้าร่วมกับทีมโรงงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความคล่องแคล่วและคล่องตัวสูง ในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
