Job Descriptions

1. Scouring qualified suppliers according to demand; 2. Calculate material requirements based on technical BOM, sales orders and inventory; 3. Organize the arrival of raw materials and equipment, negotiate prices, sign PO, track delivery progress, and ensure that production and delivery are carried out as planned; 4. Deal with raw material quality issues; 5. Reconcile accounts with suppliers and arrange payments in a timely as agreed in the contract; 6. Control and analyze inventory data, improve raw material inventory turnover, and deal with dead stock in a timely manner.

Qualifications

No gender or age limit
Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics or engineering related majors.
More than 3 years of experience as a buyer in manufacturing companies. Candidates with experience in machinery related industries will be given priority.
Familiar with international trade, knowledge of BOI, and certain bargaining and negotiation skills;
Proficient in English, which can be used for daily work communication. Candidates who can speak Chinese are preferred；
Work rigorously and methodically. Have a team spirit, and can withstand work pressure.
