Job Descriptions
- Arrange booking of trucks on behalf of Customs Clearance team
- Plan & manage transportation schedule for import/export shipments
- Ensure that sub-contractor runs daily transportation services smoothly
- Optimize fleet utilization
- Prepare monthly KPI report for trucking performance reviewing
- Secure all necessary docs related with sub-contractor are completely updated
- Communicate with customer when find any problem during pick up & delivery shipment
- Any assignment from the superior
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields or higher
- At least 3-5 years experience in related field
- Good knowledge in Truck planning
- Excellent knowledge in customer service and highly service minded mentally
- Experience in Dangerous goods cargo handling would be advantage
