Job Descriptions

Day Work : Mon-Fri Time Work : 08.00 Am - 05.40 PM Business Analysis (70%): 1.Conduct targeted market research to identify evolving trends, potential business opportunities. 2.Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools to interpret market data, financial models, and business metrics, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. 3.Design and deliver compelling data visualizations and dashboards that provide clear, concise, and impactful insights into business metrics, operational performance, and market conditions. 4.Synthesize data from diverse sources to generate actionable recommendations for business growth and operational improvements. Present these findings to senior management to guide the strategic direction and resource allocation. 5.Lead analytical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects adhere to time constraints and confidentiality requirements. Maintain meticulous documentation that tracks project progress and outcomes. 6.Work closely with different departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to data and insights that drive departmental success. 7.Develop and manage detailed project documentation for high-impact projects, ensuring confidentiality and precision in handling sensitive business strategies. Executive Support (30%): 1.Facilitate communication by handling incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. 2.Prepare for high-level meetings by organizing agendas, taking meticulous notes, and producing detailed summaries to aid in decision-making and follow-up actions. 3.Assist in the preparation and refinement of executive presentations, ensuring they meet the high standards required for internal and external engagements. 4.Act as a point of contact for internationa suppliers, customers, and vendors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience during on-site visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A background in science or experience in the chemical industry is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis with a strong ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with additional data analysis tools is preferred.
Proven track record of effective executive and operation support, ideally within a B2B trading or distribution environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to handle sensitive information discretely and professionally.
