Job Descriptions

- Account payable registration. - Record AP voucher - Inventory control - Fixed registration, control and physical count - Balance Sheet reconcile such as fixed assets & inventory - Responsible for input VAT support detail and documentation. - Other ad-hoc assignment by superior. - รับวางบิล คีย์ข้อมูลใบแจ้งหนี้ - ดำเนินการเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัทฯ ส่วนที่ไม่ใช่ค่าใช้จ่ายหลัก เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายของทางGA,ค่าแรงพนักงาน Outsource,ค่าดำเนินการของอาคาร,ค่าใช้จ่ายจิปาถะ อื่นๆ - ดูแลจัดเก็บเก็บข้อมูลทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ ทั้งหมด - จัดเตรียมข้อมูลภาษีซื้อ/บันทึกเอกสารหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย - อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance account.
25-35 years old.
Stong negotiation skill and problem solving skills, Fast learner, hight responsiblility.
Computer proficiency in MS Excel , Word and Power point.
Experience in Oracle software is an advantage.
