Job Descriptions
1. Product, process and worker management in rubber manufacturing process 2. Analysis, consideration and implementation of investigations into causes and countermeasures for production and quality problems (in-process defects and complaints) 3. Production efficiency, production planning and output management 4. Management of machine, equipment, molds, and tools in rubber manufacturing processes 5. Prototyping trial and process design for new products 6. Preparation and review of in-process operation documents 7. Coordination with other departments 8. Other (e.g. responding to requests from superiors or customers)
Qualifications
  1. Male
  2. Age : 30-40
  3. Molding experience (preferably rubber, or resin molding), engineer 7 years of work experience (as an engineer) Experience in molding technology
  4. Experience in Japanese companies preferred
  5. Knowledge and experience of ISO9001 and IATF16949
  6. Experience in process management and quality control
  7. People who understand and can put into practice Sangenism.(field-first principle) and people who can properly communicate (HORENSO) with others
