Job Descriptions

Job Description: Infrastructure Management & Administration

Oversee the maintenance and administration of computer.

Manage disaster recovery processes, perform regular data backups.

Network & Security Management

Develop and implement network security measures to protect data.

Coordinate with MA vendors to conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution.

Maintain and update antivirus solutions and email applications to secure the organization's environment.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor and analyze network performance.

Evaluate system utilization, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve overall performance.

User Support & Issue Resolution

Collaborate with users to address and resolve system problems.

Coordinate and provide support for user connectivity.

Reporting IT OPEX Monitoring

Track and manage the IT OPEX budget, ensuring cost control and optimization.

System Performance & Incident

Generate weekly and monthly reports on system performance.

Provide detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis.

resolutions, and recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Security & Compliance

Prepare regular reports on security incidents.

Monitor user authentication logs for unusual activities .

Capacity & Growth

Monitor system capacity to anticipate future.

Forecast resource growth and budget for new infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Engieering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
At least 3 years' experience of System Analysis management.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals.
Experience of solving issues and dealing with the uncertainty that can arise in project situations, including having a problem solving and can-do attitude.
Experience with MS SQL, MySQL or other databases.
Experience in using private or public API to integrate web applications.
Experience with HP Servers & Storage Management.
Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) Management.
Experience with Authentication & Antivirus Solutions.
Experience with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Administration.
Experience with ERP Infrastructure Support.
Experience with Network Infrastructure Management.
