Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for SMT process from PCB Laser Marking, Screen Printer, SPI, Part Placement, Reflow Soldering and AOI. - Design and optimize process parameter for all SMT processes. - Control and provide preventive maintenance yearly, monthly and daily plan. Support Machinery SMT process for Prototype, NPI and mass production. 2. Develops, improve and optimize process with using tools e.g. other statistical techniques. 4. Have experience about New Product Innovation - Control process SMT defect and PM action plan short term. - Provide all control standard according Parameter's machine - Setting Standard profile machine and SMT production control line Production - Analysit in the production process and record data for lost jobs, make a report. - Install and repair machine and support program data in all test models. - Rerang the area and work suitability. - Consulting on production of all models and replacement work for all production control engineers. 5. Other assign by manager or director.

Qualifications

Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in electrical engineering.
Minimum 1 years experience in SMT process with hands on SMT machines
Capable to create SMT placement program of Fuji are an advantage.
Able to work under high pressure and good attitude
If able to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage
Co-ordinates with supporting functions for the achievement of production as planned
