Job Descriptions
- จัดทำค่าจ้างเงินเดือน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รู้ด้านระเบียบข้อบังคับและกฎหมายแรงงาน
- รู้งาน Visa Work Permit Boi
- ดูงานภาษีป้าย ภาษีโรงเรือน ภาษีอื่น ๆ ของบริษัท
- สรรหาบุคคลากรตามตำแหน่งที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ หญิง วุฒิป.ตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- อายุ 30-40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานทรัพยากรบุคคล มากกว่า 3-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดหรือมาตรฐานด้านแรงงานต่างๆ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมีความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีความรู้ด้านอังกฤษหรือ(ภาษาจีน)จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- พร้อมเริ่มงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่
- สามารถทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถปฎิบัติงาน 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์
